Usifaka kanjani isicelo:
1. Sebenzisa i-heater (hhayi i-scalding) yokushisisa, iphakethe elishisayo, noma ithawula elifudumele.
2. Faka isicelo imizuzu eyi-15–20 ngesikhathi.
3. Sebenzisa ngaphambi kokuzivocavoca ukuze ukhulule imisipha eqinile noma ngemva kokuzivocavoca ukuze uphumule ukungezwani.
